We were excited to sponsor and attend this year’s Annual Lincolnshire Technology and Innovation Awards; and help celebrate their fifth birthday whilst we were there too.
There are some phenomenally talented businesses and people within Lincolnshire. Each producing some incredible products and innovative services. So with 140 award submissions, and 93 finalists from 60 different businesses, we knew the evenings ceremony was going to be a night to remember.

With celebrations in mind, Chelsea offers her view of the evenings proceedings
“Last week I attended the Lincolnshire Technology and Innovation Awards with some of my fellow colleagues at Streets Heaver. This year, we have been really promoting our ‘Employee of the Month’, and all members of staff who had won this award were invited to attend the awards ceremony.
We enjoyed the chilled beverages on our tables. Along with a surprise present found in the middle – a gold box bursting with delicious goods in celebration of the Lincolnshire Technology and Innovation awards fifth birthday – followed by a truly scrumptious 3-course meal. I especially enjoyed the lemon posset, it’s one of my favourite desserts. Topped with a strawberry and cream, it really cleansed the pallet.
Each nominee for every award had a small video clip to explain more about who they are and the innovative things they are doing within our county. I personally enjoyed listening to all the nominee’s films that was presented on the night (we even had our own…).
At the end of the night, we unfortunately left empty handed. But leaving inspired by the amount of home-grown innovative Lincolnshire businesses, developing and growing within the technology sector, was a reward in itself.
Overall, the evening was a delight to attend. Everybody looked fantastic, the winners were all well deserved and it was a delight to celebrate the event’s fifth birthday.”
